The ordered goods are delivered by our logistics partner DHL.

Shipping is usually within 24-48 hours.

All prices shown in the online shop include VAT plus shipping costs.

3. Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can email us your decision to admin@ planet - deluxe .com.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing your order. There are no fees for the refund.

Return policy:

Please ensure that the goods have the following characteristics in order for them to be eligible for a return:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days;

The goods are in the original packaging.

Goods cannot be returned in the following cases:

When delivering goods that have been made to customer specifications;

In the case of delivery of goods that are not suitable for return, e.g. B. Perishable goods or goods whose use-by date has passed;

In the case of delivery of goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;

In the case of delivery of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the return conditions set out above or that cannot be returned.

In the case of a return of goods, you assume the costs and risk of the return. Please send the goods to the following address:

We accept no liability for goods damaged or lost on return. We recommend that you use a postal service that offers insurance for the value of the goods and provides proof of postage. No refund can be given without actual receipt of the goods or proof of postage.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the goods. The gift voucher will be sent to you once the returned product has been received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
